4-H County Council Speakers Bureau

The 4-H County Council has chosen Public Speaking as one of their 4-H projects for this year; and as part of this project, they have developed an informative talk about "4-H - Past, Present & Future". The presentation is a ten minute speech which is designed to inform community service organizations, professional associations, civic groups and interested individuals about the 4-H program, its history and significance in Highlands County.
